At Warrior Collective CIC, we believe that everyone has the right to feel safe, strong, and in control of their own personal safety. Our self-defense and personal safety workshops are designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to protect yourself in everyday situations. Led by experienced instructors, including myself, Charlotte Male, our workshops go beyond physical techniques—we focus on awareness, prevention, and practical strategies to help you feel more secure in your daily life.
What to Expect in Our Workshops
Our sessions are practical, accessible, and empowering, suitable for all fitness levels and backgrounds. Each workshop covers:

Situational Awareness – Understanding risk and recognizing danger before it happens.

Boundary Setting & De-escalation – Using body language and voice to deter threats.

Practical Self-Defense Techniques – Simple, effective moves to escape or defend against common threats.

We create a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment where you can learn, askquestions, and practice at your own pace.

Who Are These Workshops For?
Our workshops are designed for people who want to feel more confident in their ability to protect themselves. Whether you’ve never tried self-defence before or want to build on your existing knowledge, our sessions are for you.
We also work with local charities, community groups, and organizations to deliver sessions tailored to those at higher risk of violence or vulnerability.

*We want all workshops to be accessible to all so rather then charge a fee for the workshops we run the workshops for free and if attendees wish to make a donation to help us sustain & run more workshops they are able to but it’s not compulsory.
